When I start a tactical Battle against Abeix my sovereign gets to move, but when it gets to Abeix's turn tactical battle gets stuck. Tried auto-play and nothing happens. The only way to finish the battle is with auto-resolve which does work.
What faction are you playing? In the new beta some factions cannot use ranged weapons.
So I am not sure if this is an actual issue or not but are we supposed to be able to build more then one Lost Library in a city when there is only one shown in the cities radius?
