in my experience it allows the number of frigate factorys ships to be built at the same time ie if you have 5 frigate factories in a gw then you que up 25 ships then the first 5 are built at the same time, then the next 5 & so on harpo

the version number "thing" is the SECOND line when viewed in notepad, with sins at v1. 0 5 the version needs to be 1, so you would have to edit all of the map you create with forge to change the version number in the map to 1. I suggest updateing to sins 1.13 which is compatible with galforge 1.1 harpo
