I gave in and purchased the alpha, now I'm utterly hooked on this game. Check out the rpg texture pack it makes Minecraft look pretty cool.

The final dungeon is actually 100 floors. However you can only access it after completing the game. You don't have any more debtsto worry about at that point, so you can just focus all your effort on the action RPG part of the game then. Now that's a Japanese rpg for ya, very cool!

Gravedancer, the first dungeon is about five levels and in later dungeons, there's a disembodied door that will open on certain levels allowing you to leave with your loot and come back at that point. Actually if you die in a dungeon you get to keep one item and must start over,(dungeons are randomized and different each time). If you get through the dungeon, the items you gave your adventurer, go back into your inventory and you can sell them at the store. Also once you complete the first dungeon, Tear will tell Recette about a certain feature that makes dungeon diving a little easier in the future. I got killed three times by the troll things, but I was stubbornly taking on every creatur

Actually, it's alot more fun than some, "9 year old girls game", although its certainly no epic rpg. If you can get into a light hearted economic sim/rpg, and appreciate the kawai aesthetic, then you will probably enjoy this. I picked it up yesterday from Gamergate and have been enjoying it so far. It's got alot of charm.

Looks cool, definitely need those liches and death knights in there and wraiths too. Undead rule!

Brad wasn't talking about making combat like an anime cartoon, just magic effects and aspects of style but some people seem to have it in for anime and freak anytime it's mentioned. I'm going to go ahead and be a shameless fanboy here; I love this game! Are there bugs,yes but I've played several games that were far buggier and weren't even interesting enough to stick with, Elemental is. After the last patch my win 7 64x with ati hd4890 system, I played this game for 8 hours straight with no crashes or slowdowns. This game is sophisticated whether critics accept it or not, but it wasn't intended to be Dominions 3 with more graphics, its about strategy AND immersion and I

I've tried everything pre-release is checked, refreshed a million times and despite pre-ordering weeks ago the game is not showing in my account, hell I can't even monitor the chat (get a bunch of names and numbers instead of chat). I'm starting to freak, must play NOW!
