I think I've waited long enough. I'm going to ask amazon for a refund and buy the paper book. If I wait another day it'll be too late to ask for a refund. I didn't buy it just for the campaign, but that was definitely one of the reasons behind my decision to buy it. Update: Amazon gave me a refund. Although the order was quite old, the book was only released 4 days before I asked for the refund. I clearly stated the reason for it and there was no trouble. <

Hi, Having purchased this from amazon for my kindle, I see this on the 'Copyright' page at the end of the book: Enter the code found on the inside cover of this book for exclusive access to the Destiny's Embers Game campaign at: (url) But I don't see any code on that page, or any other page in the beginning or end of the book. Is the campaign code not available to eBook customers? Please clarify
