Also experiencing this. Starting with some sound effects after playing roughly 45 minutes. Within another 15 minutes I've lost all almost all sound effects and music. Game in general starts to get really choppy as well. Lots of "DebugMessage: Out of sample handles." in the debug log when sound starts to die. By the end there are non-sound entries all over the place as well. Win 7 64bit Onboard AMD sound ATI 5770 on Catalyst 10.7 drivers.
