[806][Gameplay][Repro] Quest Unavailable dialog repeated variable times upon entry to A Modest Inn. in WOM BETA Builds

Repro Scenario: Load Save game from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5732530/Elemental/UnavailableQuest.EleSav Move Kul-aL-Kulan to A Modest Inn. Takes 2 moves. Quest Unavailable dialog is raised variable times then Escort Nobleman quest granted. The dialog will display between 4-7 times based on the tests I've done. I've also noticed that the save doesn't load for me

[Crash] [Graphics]build 806 DX error: Invalid call when changing focus in dual monitor setup in WOM BETA Builds

Environment: Dual monitor setup: 1920x1200 and secondary monitor 1024x768 Elemental main window on laptop monitor Impulse running on secondary monitor I clicked on Impulse to view content while Elemental was running on main monitor. Elemental minimized to toolbar and then threw a DX Error:Invalid call dialog and stopped running.
