I like the game. And I play it more than I do Starcraft 2. However there are problems with the game and I would like to see them fixed quickly. But Stardock is one of the very few companies that I trust to get the job done. I have been playing there games since Gal Civ 2 and trust them. And if they do get the game running 100%. Back to Default in War of Magic Elemental Forums

Hey guys. I guess I am spoiled and I know better than to do this. But I started playing with the game settings (video, game play, etc). And being used to other games having the default button, I made a lot of changed to the game. Forgetting my changes and realizing there is no reset back to defaults button. I went in the game directory (my games folder) and deleted the files there to make the reset. Now my question is: Is there a better way? As th

This article is nothing more than vitriol because of the gamer bill of rights. Most Journalist/Critics are nothing more than vultures trying to get a feast. The more hits they get, then more attention and money they generate. The game was playing horrible when it released, but last nights patch cleared my lagginess right up. Most companies would not have had patches out there that quick, if at all. In the beginning of the early gaming years news was pleasant, now it mostly a whinnying fest.</

I have been building Pioneers to make other cities and getting caravans between them. But I don't know if that helps since I got my third city up last night before going to bed. But when I see a special resource I build a city next to it, if it is away from another city.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am at work and wanted to read the manual here, before going back home to play. Don’t want to download, install Impulse and the whole game on my work computer just to read a manual, lol. Download game manual. in War of Magic Elemental Forums

Hey guys! I bought the game last night, started downloading. The game finished and started the game up and there was an option to look at the manual. But I was really tired and gone to sleep. Woke up this morning, drove to work and wanted to download the manual so I can get info before I go home today. So my question is: Is there any place I can download or look at the manual?

Thanks kryo, that helped alot. I think I will wait on the mods until after the upcoming patch. One last question. I was planning on making my own custom content. Are there any pictures/ships available so i can make custom races. The ones that came with the game are good, but I would like to get more to add my own flavor for later.

Guys,I have been playing some sort of electronic game since Pong. I have always been a fan of space games. And really had an addiction to Master of Orion back in the day. This game however different has brought back that old feeling, thank you! And being spoiled because of GC2, in a expansion or when ever, please make a ship creator or design tool.
