Network logon screen? Help please ^__^ in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

My laptop is a university issue laptop, and so it came with a lot of preset options that are hard to change. For example, the log on screen is a network log on screen (the kind that just shows the box where you select your network, then type in your user name and password). I can't change it to the simple log in from my control panel (it's not available under user accounts), and I would like my log on screen to be a little prettier (I'm one of the people who has to customize EVERYTHING.)<br/
