My wife and I are currently in the US safe but my daughter and her husband are still in Ukraine. Had to get new residence, computer and furniture not to mention a car again.

Ukraine threat in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

To all my followers may be a while before I can post new winsteps due to problems within Ukraine. I am a US citizen with Ukrainian Residency. With recent events in Ukraine due to threats of Russian invasion I may be away for a while. US Embassy has advised to have evacuation plans. I feel kind of lost since my wife, home and step daughter cannot leave with me. Please pray for us. Thanks for your support over the years.

I understand completely, I still have the symptoms even thou my wife and I had it. I have the aches and pain in joints, feeling depressed and tired and my wife has shortness of breath, depression pains in back. They say it can last months sure wish it would just go away.

When it rains it pours, Been building my new PC then came down with polysegmental pneumonia so been laid up in bed with medications and my phone. PC is on hold till I'm better so haven't been able to work on new posts.[e digicons]x_x[/e]

It depends on what creative commons license is used by the original creator which determines if it can be altered added to or redistributed. I agree with you in your example which is why one must be careful what you want to openly share as compared to selling and what creative license you use.

I think it has to do with the status of the work is it free to share or a purchased work. If someone is listing their work as free to download and use then I don't see it as theft. If it is a Master work listed for sale on a site and is posted for free sharing it is theft. Free resources are available everywhere and can be used to create individual works of art. Look at it this way a musician can use certain rifts of a song but not so much that it is the original
