Wow, now this changes to magic makes me wanna use it non stop. Previously i coudn't think magic to have such impact. Right now this is very good game. Now the game makes me to play.

I don't know why you don't want to reinstall impulse but if you do, you will not have to redownload games. Also you coud try remove settings in registery (may Break some things): HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Stardock HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Stardock Also there are some xml files in: Document and Settings/'YOUR ACCOUNT NAME'/AppData/Roaming/Stardock. Try restarting impulse
This is debug.err when i while creating world. Second debug.err is when i start game, i heard a music for a second and then crash. I even had crash on the first loading screen (Before it starts playing the sound). I didn't have crashes before this update. And here is DxDiag.txt
I know his problem. If he wants to intersept a unit, it his unite first moves, then enemy unit moves. One whay is to move first unit to a possible next destenation, but if enemy unit changes direction, intersepting coud be imposible
For me it happend when i changed video graphic setting and start new game, without restarting process. After restarting, it was working fine here on Windows 7
