I haven't played much of 4A, my comments are mostly based on beta 4. If they're no longer applicable or have already been brought up in this thread, I apologize. I am unable to design new henchmen; when i save a new henchman design, it is unavailable for training. Level 4 & 5 cities are too easy to develop thanks to gentle rain and Nature's Bounty. Large cities should take lots of work Level 4 & 5 unlockable improvements
