All nice idea so far. The only thing I would see different, is the siege weapon issue. Rather than giving those bonuses in city battles, I would give the city defenses a classical representation on the battlefield. Walls... effin Walls! :D Classical and there for a reason.... it's just a nice mechanic and brings some spice into games like these. I just bought the map pack. I can acess the premade maps, but the stamps are missing. Is there a special way to acess them or am I missing something else?

Thanks for putting me in a marketing department, but no, I just observed how they managed their games in the past. As for further information: The experimental .exe from frogboy can be found on the forum and as for the addon... now you mention it, I'm not exactly sure where I read about this. Can't find it right now, but I keep looking. I just hope I havn't seen it in some mods description and mixed the whole thing up....

I don't feel like it is that slow right now. I've seen work on the AI, tweaking it pretty nice from what I have seen so far plus the last patch is just about 20 days old. I don't think that is too slow. Wait at least a month before you start ranting about slow progress and take the inofficial patches if waiting is too hard :) And if I remember right, there are plans for a first addon focused on heroes. I just hope this game will follow the same strategy as

Nice to have a review like that, but it's not exactly of actual value. The graphics are not bad, but you have to strain it really bad to give it 4 out of 5. 5 out of 5 is just plain silly.

I bought this little beauty a while back and played the hell out of her and I got to say... yes, she is gorgeous. At least as long as you don't turn on the light... This game is good, the mechanics work very well together, like a lot of little cogs in a bigger machinery. Stardock set a pretty nice foundation for addons to build upon. I remember Galactic Civilizations 2 being a similar case. The original game was well made, but had a real lack in deta
