3D Animation in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I've checked out alot of the forums & I keep coming accross everyone talking about the Autodesk 3D programs I appologize if I've messed up there..... Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for other programs/applications that can be used for creating dreams. Do you guys use these programs for something other than creating dreams? It seems an awful lot of $ to invest simply for a hobby. Are there other (cheaper) programs that do the same thing & create simular results??

Not bad! I'm a noob but I'm interested in creating Dreams. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as programs to use etc...? I've read the "tut" on it but the program is $3,500.00 & that's a little expensive. Are there other TUT's around here somewhere?

Hello All! I'm new to the skin thing. I actually only got into it about 6 months ago & I've never created my own, really because I don't know how. I actually subscribed because of the "Dreams". I recently upgraded to vista ultimate & have become infatuated with the dreamscenes ever since. I searched for more dreamscenes & came accross wincustomize... long story short....here I am. I have to admit, I do enjoy customizing my computer though
