Hi, I like to start with random factions. But I'm sick of Drengin. No matter what, I always get them in my games. I wish there was an option to exclude them from random faction choice. If I could wish for a feature, this would be my top 1. Regards Winston

Thanks for all the input. It realy helps me to get a better understanding of what's going on. [quote who="DivineWrath" reply="4" id="3890789"] Umm... Do you mean which civilization? The Terran Alliance is a good starting civ. Though you should try at least a few others once you know how to play for variety
What would you start with here to get things running? I just placed a capitol on a desert now. New Core World
Hi, please see this as a feedback not as a bunch of questions. The only question I have, is there or will there be an official in depth manual that explains how thing work together in GC IV? Something like civelopedia in Civ 6? I played all the former GC titels before. Not very often and not very intensely but I got by with it. In GC IV there is so mu

Does unchecking the DLC cause Steam to download an old version? And do i have to download Crusade again when i want to play it again? I know that some other games cause huge downloads when you uncheck a dlc.
The Missions "Turns to complete" in the shipyard are wrong. For example Treasure Hunt has a construction cost of 250. My Sponsor Manufacturing is 26.7. The Buildable Ships list in the shipyard says it will take 15 turns to complete. In the Manufacturing Queue it shows the right value of 10 turns.
I also want to know this. Maybe the solution is to turn of the Crusade Epansion Pack in steam. But this would be an annoying way. Like it was promised Crusade feels like a new game. But I also liked the old game. Losing the old game for the new feels like a high price.
Hired a mercenary "The Ysengard" in turn 2. One of the the abilities is "Earns 100 credits per anomaly Surveyed". But surveying anomalies just gives me a +25 Treasury.
The gameplay screenshot also looks really nice. But i think the label for the selected ship type shouldn't be "Race:". What about "Type:" or "Class:"?
I preordered Elemental and it was a great disapointment at release. But Stardock turned it to the good and delivered absolutely great reparation for me. So i'm sure that 99$ will be a good investment. Especially when future content is for free.
