Still no fix for this?

This doesn't work. Game's still bugged and has no mention of Exploration technology anywhere. Between this and the constantly flickering mouse cursor that they still haven't fixed I'm about ready to give up on FE altogether. Constant bugs, constant headaches, probably the last Stardock product I purchase. Mouse cursor is flickering randomly. Only happens in FE.

Before 1.1 I used to be able to play games where all 10 factions were on the map. Now, I can only play games where 8 opponents are selected - it refuses to allow me to place a 9th opponent into the lineup. I did not see this mentioned in the patch notes, so what's going on?
