You have to be at a low point (looks like a ramp going into the water), get as close to land as possible then select your troops and click on the land. That should do it.

You can see which city has something being built by looking on the left hand side of the screen where the cities are listed, if there is a yellow line then it is building something, a red line means you are producing units. You can also jump to an idle city by using the button at the bottom of the screen (just to the left of the research turn bar).

I just checked, you cannot declare war when you have a non-aggression pact. When you sign the pact you are told how many turns it will be for.

1. Reveal works but only a limited area at a time which then fades back into the FOW. 3. I wasn't able to find a ranking of the kingdoms but you can flip through a listing of each kingdoms stats in the Kingdom Report tab. You can also view each kingdoms power ranking at a glance if you deselect your units/cities you'll see a graph on the right hand side of the bar, you can look at mana, gildar, etc....not very useful unless you know which color is representative of whic
