You have to be at a low point (looks like a ramp going into the water), get as close to land as possible then select your troops and click on the land. That should do it.
You can find your screen shots in your My Documents folder \My Games\Elemental\ScreenShots
I use lower land to create a pathway through mountains. I've not noticed it adding tiles...don't think it is supposed to.
You can see which city has something being built by looking on the left hand side of the screen where the cities are listed, if there is a yellow line then it is building something, a red line means you are producing units. You can also jump to an idle city by using the button at the bottom of the screen (just to the left of the research turn bar).
The game should check that the tile a shard is placed in is actually empty. In the screen shot you can see a fire shard but it's not accessible due to the stone quarry occupied the tile prior to the shard.

You can also view each kingdoms power ranking at a glance if you deselect your units/cities you'll see a graph on the right hand side of the bar, you can look at mana, gildar, etc....not very useful unless you know which color is representative of whic
Recruit a hero of the opposite sex to your Sov, then check the actions tab of said hero, you should see a wedding ring graphic to click on.
I agree, great game, thanks for the effort your team has and is still are putting into it. I stopped reading PCG due to the over influence of the big gaming companies.
Here's what the manual has to say on it...not sure if anything has changed with the Day 0 patch. Dynasties As the sovereign of your Kingdom (or Empire) you will have the opportunity to get married and have children. In time, these children will grow up and potentially become great heroes for you to call on. Alternatively, players can marry their children off to other factions in exchange for an ongoing dowry (money per tu
Yep, it comes and goes during sandbox games.
This occurred when I attempted to reenter the game after Alt-Tabbing out of it. debug.err at: http://pastebin.ca/1924319 Thanks.
