Yes, I agree, armor only cause you lost your turn, and it's seem might be more harm, so if you time right, you might not need armor, just wait enemies come to you then move and kill them before they kill you or cause lot of damage, then futher they had weaker kill you, too much wage if soldier wear armor or so I though.

I don't know, I don't think heavy armor is that great and still all in vain, still get killed by epic, what is good of heavy armor anyway? I think it's silly to make heavy armor lose "their" turn, that's no fun at all. Moving mabye but lost thier turn? no thank, I don't think one should punish to one who want heavy armro to be safe, but still get killed in one or two hit, this game, 8.6 beta based kill them before they kill you, so heavy armor isn't that great as
Yes, I did pick up impulsive, it's do good for common emeies but useless again epic enemie even my hero is 12 level or something, that's dragon epic quest get first attack, and attack more while my hero rare get turn. impulsive all right and good for common enemies. not epic. :)
In war of magic, Denfense is so wonderful, in this game, Defense not so wonderful, it's just matter try to kill them first before they kill you. way I see it. Your though?
I did try slack of hero, but since hero get wound that can't be heal, I left them in city and forgot them most of time. LOL in my last game that is.
Yes, it's nice way to level up your hero if no desire to war with other faction but again performance are importian, I don't want lag and turn me off if it lag the game in late... but still maybe few, not too many as first start of game. If one faction killed, more spawn enemies to make up lose, if option there, just in case if lag to some people. I understand, I hate lag and slow turn, that's why I gave up on war of magic. Thank you post share your hint..live 1 regen I find that not overpower, it's just gave you one heathpoint per turn where enemies damage you 40 or 30 or even 100 (rare, happan to epic dragon master quest!) and I think it's belong to "life" not earth, earath is like stone and hard, not living, while regen is living belong to life way I see, fire is powerful, but not alway overpower, I think they are fine, at best early or if you do not had warlock or evoler %50 damage more, not

Way I see in long term, I find that Defense and powerful is good bouns. I set color blue and white but brown on roof, LOL!
I find that life and fire second level to be useful and powerful easy in early and late game if you pick up for your hero, I pick a tait that gave you int per level too to help, and warlock to get %50, but downside side is that if there all firebased enemies can't be harm by fire, I'm screwed like those dragon from master end quest that win the game.

So single city or few city is not worth it? Personal, nothing wrong if penalty, but if more city, then more chance unrest? or gave a bouns if single city like make soldier in city much stronger, build faster. ect?
Boy, I tried my best top end tech army, full 8 knight with cold attack, and even put power spell sure as stoneskin on every of them with my best leader (though can't used fire based attack, due they can't be harmed by fire) How do you win this once battle, yikes! 6 dragon fire based, only one of leader is hard to killed.

I don't know, but I learned lot of this game, not a same as war of magic. Do One city is better than many city? or few? or just many, because I see some A.I had one city but very high number of people while I had many city but lower number of people even I try to build almost every building in city as I can, even close to river I knew it's great help more people. but what is your wise planing in start of game? there is friendly city block my unit or army, full ocean to ocean, unable to pass throught even though allied let me cross his or her land. I think we should go thought city or outpost rather than block us.
Upgrade, I had to destory almost every building even it's not link to death shire. though you could raze, but this is 4-5 level town with 500 people. well, better destory building rather than raze, other thing is that death shire do not turn into life.. Edit: Other thing is tha I couldn't destory death shire outside city, I don't see raze them down or anything like that too.
I had taken over taken over emeies's city (empire) as playing Kingdom, I use life spell, not death, so I had no need death shire, so I try to destory but it's won't let me destory since it's inside city (link with other building) However, I did destory any building that link to shire, no building next to death shire, but still inside wall. and still won't let me destory it as well.
