[bug] can't destory death shire inside the city.

I had taken over taken over emeies's city (empire) as playing Kingdom, I use life spell, not death, so I had no need death shire, so I try to destory but it's

won't let me destory since it's inside city (link with other building) However, I did destory any building that link to shire, no building next to death shire, but still

inside wall. and still won't let me destory it as well.

Upgrade, I had to destory almost every building even it's not link to death shire. though you could raze, but this is 4-5 level town with 500 people. well, better destory building rather than raze, other thing is that death shire do not turn into life..

 

Edit: Other thing is tha I couldn't destory death shire outside city, I don't see raze them down or anything like that too.
