I presume this is a bug because the SK is consistently dropping garrisons directly on top of my cities, instantly destroying them. I have no recourse. It doesn't matter how many troops I have inside because there is no combat prompt. Just insta-razed city.
I built my Titan with 4 capital ships already out. After I started it, further research to increase my capacity to build capitals did not yield anymore units. In other words, I cannot build any more capital ships even though I've researched the capacity upgrades, it still shows "0" crew available.
Same issue with AI. Playing random AI, set for hard +. They're not colonizing much, certainly not attacking. Their cap ships move between their stars. One AI built a titan, which did move to attack one of my worlds, but that was all I saw of them.
