civ 4 had an easy anwer to this all you needed was a few siegie weapons 4+ was effective on a stack in ffh2 the elves were screwed up they had no siegie weapons what so ever so citys would be to hard to take. FPS games have gone from PC to Console kinda, Pc is still great because of mods for games, Cod6 is fun but with the match making system you only have like a 1/8 chance of getting a good host. stragety are what i started playing and i will die playing but dukenukem 3d was the greatest fps i have ever played even still better then most of the stuff out today.

great to hear that city management will be easy because in Civ 4 on the large maps it can get greatly annoying late game with each turn asking me what i want to build next at City X and the next city.... just really puts me off playing that game. Couldn't even play multiplayer fps was slowing down randomly and when i tried a game laggy as all hell, the new Avp had bad fps But no lag like i saw. First Bioshock still looks better.
