(Need directions) I just got a new computer. Wanting to play WOM and the beta fo Fallen Enchantress, I downloaded Impulse. When I go to log in, my e-mail address is not recognized. What can I do about this? Thanks...
I don't know if this is a bug or not. When I use the Alt + Tab keys to temporarily leave the game, go to desk top in order to check e-mails, and click on elemental window at the bottom to return to the game, it crashs. Any ideas?

Just started the Campaign. Need to know how to transfer items. In the manual, it says that we can transfer items from one hero to another. How do you do this? When I click on the shield to bring up the inventory, I can click and drag the item but where do I drag it too? Everything else is grayed out. Great game so far, havn't hit any bugs that I know of.
