WinCustomize ForumsI fixed the problem. But how exactly????? I un checked the marks "windows dreamscene" en "windows dreamscene preview", (takes some time while pc is configuring) then restart pc. Then i checked the mark "windows dreamscene preview"(takes some time while pc is configuring) then restart pc. And the windows dreamscene works again.
