Edge scrolling doesn't work for me. I've been click dragging. I also have multiple monitors and the mouse isn't captured, ie the mouse moves to the other monitor even though I'm playing in fullscreen mode.

Just kill his heroes with your sovereign. You get experience for killing them and he has spent magical essence on heroes who are now dead. Of course.
