I'm fine with Steam and Impulse as digital downloading sites, that's fine. I personally like a CD/DVD copy of my games, cause you just by god never know when you feel like loading and playing that out dated, dinosaur of a game, but it's always there. Gaming companies and their distribution methods can and do come and go sometimes. well, I can buy into part of that, except there is no a.i. around me when this happens, no enemies, no monsters, not even bad vegetation. /shrug. I wish I could just press turn and wate a movement, but no buttons work at all, so I can not click on him and push back or anything like that. Been playing a lot lately, and have been getting a lot of 'hanging up' when I'm sending one of my armies through a village or something to go elsewhere.. they are of course on horseback, and they 'hang up' by just running in place trying to get to their destination with 1 of 3 spaces left to go. It's like the game forgot to finish moving them or something. I'm not sure if this is on my end with my computer or if it's the game glitching or

Digital Release is fine, to a degree, if Stardock goes bellyup though, not having a hard copy disc is going to suck. We are not going to be forced to online play this game all the time are we after release? I don't mind having an internet connection to do the beta work, that's fine, but after the beta, I want my game to be my own, I do not want to have to be connected to the server or something else all the time, just to play the game. The purpose of the Beta is to test the mechanics and functionality of the game and to garner feedback. While this issue may not relate to your playing the game, the OP makes his point and it is something, that he/she feels needs to be addressed.
