I have IconPackager 3.0 with Windows XP Home SP2. I've been using IP for some time so I'm familiar with the basics, most of the settings, and creating the packages...but one thing eludes me still: removing duplicates. I have it set to save icons to libraries and I have the box checked to "Remove duplicates to save space" and yet it NEVER does. I've tried the same process while saving as individual icons but the same thing happens. I always have duplicates no matter what. I've searched the int

I used this software and it performed great but the amount of memory it uses is too much (IMHO) especially if using for the icon function only. I would suggest using Resource Hacker to change the icon within the exe file of your program which will result in changing the icon used in the system tray.

Wallpaper packs, subcategories, and a higher number of thumbnails per page while browsing would make finding the jewels among the millions much easier. I've resorted to browsing by artist only. Unfortunately, I end up missing many of the newer artists/submissions because they're buried among the masses...it's just too tedious.
