I am glad to hear that, it has been just under a day since I put my ticket in with no response or update. I followed up with a email just to make sure. I would really love to play the game. Almost unplayable without Starbases :D

I play all the time, there are tons of games going on. The fact of the matter is though, Sins requires a serious time investment to play multiplayer. It isn't a consol game, it is a real game. It is far more complex and deep then anygame you will ever see on the PS3. Because of the time investment required it isn't something you can just casually play for half an hour. You can blow 5 hours on this game just to get started.
I put in a ticket for the same thing. Under my serials it shows I own two digital copies of Sins with the same key, but no Entrenchment. Of course this happens just after I rebuild my computer for the first time in 2 years.
Please help, here is a screen shot.
I was playing the game fine, post 1.04 untill today. I was messing around with galay forge trying to make a map. I started SoaSE to try my new map and all the written font, i.e. not the pictures with text, just the buttons and map names etc are like .05 size. I restarted my comp and still the same. This just stated today, and I have been playing it for a couple of weeks.
I have notied it most when attacking a planet. My Devestator or other bombing Cap ship will attack the planet once and bug out. Or when I give the retreat command the ship will go to the edge of the gravity well then INEXPLICABLY turn around and re-engage. I didn't have this problem in One oh three.
This is something I have been thinking on for some time, and I belive it should be doable. It would be nice to have an option in the interface or maybe on the Cap ships themselves to select a kill order. Something like, ok this ship attacks all Cap ships first, then missile frigates, then fighters, etc. So that when the AI goes into battle and you can't micr manage it, the ships fight like you want them to, instead of burning abilities and time on useless targets.
