Lets see if I get it right. You want to have that program from your quick-launch on your Tab Dock. Zubaz. their is a complaint of Not being able to use Logon Vista, (having to use the free Logon) as for I DO NOT HAVE VISTA . Logon Vista is available to ODNT subscribers. ONLY with VISTA NOT XP.
