We are now aware of this issue, for some reason the User Name (Nickname) and Password can not be changed in the 'in-game' options. Our Dev's are working on this issue and it should be resolved soon.

Right-click on the WB Icon in Impulse, choose 'ignore this update'. There is no way to add a Skin to the My Software tab, only Mycolors themes will show there.

You both will need to create a Stardock.net account (Nickname & Password) and then register your games. You will be able to install and update the game as often as you wish.

It should look like this; XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX 6 groups of alphanumeric characters, no letter O's or I's If your Manual (on the back) doesn't have this number, shoot us an e-mail at [email protected]

Check your system for any 'Extra' security items like SpyBot, AdAware, etc. these can interfer with some games. Disable any of this extra stuff as you can, and try launching again.

What most likely happened is you had an account with us, under a certain e-maill, but PayPal used a different e-mail addy, and so actually created a new account. This new account does not have the Nickname & Password though, so e-mailing us is the right thing to do. Expect a reply by tomorrow morning, as we're closed right now.

Yes, send your e-mail in from the Stardock.net account e-mail you used when you created your account. also include the serial number your attempting to use.
