I tried to download 1.4 but keep getting GalCiv2_140X_102606 [1].exe is not a valid win32 application. Can you please help me with this if you can.

Hello can anyone please help me. My game crashes each after I hit done after I fininsh my turn long into the game. here is my debug info.
