Starbase movement in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Hey, i'm kinda new here so sorry if its in the wrong fourm. i was wondering what tech do you have to research o make them being able to move. i'm asking this cause i'm on the first mission and i research starbase mobalization and the starbases dont move. if they dont even move then this is a waste of cyber space. thx for your help
