I see I'm not the only one having a great amount of trouble with the newest version of wincustomize 7. You have bugs in this software you're not admitting to. I have also asked for a $20 credit and it has been ignored. You are ripping off your customers and seem to think nothing of it. Perhaps the attorney general of massachusetts might get involved. After a very confusing installation that exhausted me I have not been able to make any face changes in the 7 version. They get you in a state of enjoying playing with this software and then it does not come through for you. I have spent hours trying to make changes that do not take. Now, I have requested a disc. skin studio in the elementary phase @$19.95 is not anything to write home about. Can anyone advise where I can get a tutorial about it? As it stands now, I'm not at all crazy about it. To be quite honest, I find it boring. It must be the upgraded phase that is the fun part. Please advise where the tutorial is.
