I can create fences but it cannot be moved to another fence or even be moved out of a fence. The only way to free a desktop icon to be able to move it again is to disable Fences altogether. Having Fences running at all completely disables any ability to move icons in any way. The icon doesn't even need to be in a fence to be locked on the desktop. It also can't be rearranged in any way. When trying to select and drag with the mouse I just get a 'circle with a line through it' symbol. Tried to

No matter what Windowblinds theme I install, I get no text in Start8. I have tried so many different settings within both windowblinds and Start8 over the last few hours that I'm at my wits end. The optioon of using the Win7 style start menu isn't what I paid for, and I have ZERO intention of using Windows 8's Launch page. I have also shut down Launch8 to see if that would help. It didn't. Any help? Here are a couple screenshots of what I am getting. As I said

Oh, well. I guess it is only a work-around for some for right now. It worked for me. Hopefully it works for others. If it works for you, great [e digicons][/e] If not, [e digicons]:S[/e] then I guess we will be waiting on the new version
Personally do not use the START Menu that much, however when I do need it I just use the windows key and it pops right up, it is nice eye candy for Object Dock but really not truly necessary. Even with you start bar hidden using the windows Key brings the start menu up. I do not know is it possible to create a shortcut to the windows key on your keybaoard?
Actually, the shortcut key combo I used was
doesnt work for me. Startmenu only pops up when i maximize the window which you said to start minimized. Also, the startmenu doesnt popup where the dock is so this is not useful.....
Hmm...gonna have to look at that. Thanks for the heads up. As far as the hidden part goes, that is meant for the Dos box that pops up when the .bat file is executed after pressing the button.

(For the record: I am running Windows 7 64 bit and this worksd for me. sometimes there is a slight delay, but it is really the only simple way to have a Start Menu button in ObjectDock.) The first thing you need to do is create a text file called "SendKeys.vbs" (without the quotes, obviously). This will be a simple VB file. Put the single line below in that file and save it in your %SystemRoot%, i.e. C:\Windows directory. CreateObject("WScript.Shell").SendKeys Ws
if you change the .zip file extension to .dockzip you should be able to doubleclick it. that approach works with other stardock file types too (especially when dealing with some DX files). the only noted exceptions i have found are some logonxp files and of course iconpackager files. Boss0190's approach is the failsafe of course. you can trust him he knows what he's doin.
I have tried that. OD crashes everytime I try.

I am running Vista 64 bit Ultimate with an Nvidia 260 and 8 GB of ram. I couldn't get this game to run past the start screen. I tested this today, Sunday, March 15 of 2009. Has anybody else run into this problem?
