updated to .85 and still getting the same issue. i noticed on the debug.err file that it is using the internal video driver and not my GeForce 525M. I've checked the settings and it should be forcing it to use the GeForce card. any thoughts?
I've been trying for a week to get FE to start. As soon as I open I get a black screen my cursor changes to a sword, then I get a crash to desktop. I submitted the zip file to the support email. My question is that I was looking at the debug.err file and its shows that I I'm using the built in video driver and not my nvdia geforce gt 525m. i've adjusted the setting to force it to use it, but it still doesn't. any suggestions
Got it working late last night. I was able to force it to use the GeForce card after several reboots and setting the default GPU for everything to the GeForce.
thanks, i went through my settings and it reports the same error even when it is forced to use the GeForce graphics card, but the debugg.err file still only shows it using the integrated graphics card. any suggestions? http://pastebin.ca/2051806
I uploaded my debug.err file here. http://pastebin.ca/2050981 I have a new Windows 7 SP1, Home premium 64bit, Dell XPS laptop, dual core i5 2520 2.5GHz, 8GB RAM, 64bit OS, NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M. As soon as I start elemental I get 3 options to update, play game, or read the manual. I click play game then it crashes to the desktop. please help thanks <
