I actually got this resolved the same day. I had some weird customizations going on in my regional settings. Locale was GB and I had customized it so it used Dutch decimal settings. I did this for a game where you couldn't select the language, it would just pick it from your regional settings. I hate playing games in Dutch, it just looks weird.
