Hello Everyone, I know I've asked this question before but, I wasn't given the correct answer for the question that I meant to ask. Is there any way, unless I'm just missing it, that one can find out what planetary bonus's were applied to the planet when it was colonized weather the AI or myself picked the good nutral or evil option and weather it was a research bonus, military bonus or other bonus and what percentage of a bonus was recieved? I think I asked this quest

Now I don't know if you are still paying attention to this post for update requests, however, I think it would be a good option to toggle bonus tiles more common or rare depending on ones liking, as well as planetary bonus' that you recieve when you first colonize a planet.
You can create a ship in ship builder that appears very simular to the origional survey ship and you can put as many weapons and defenses that your tech level allows. Just add a survey module and a few other options and you have your survey ship.
thank you
it just went through but thanks
Stardock Central is telling me that this is not available for DA or heightmaps eventhough it shows 1.6 there, I keep on trying to install it waits a few seconds and then displays this box.
I was playing DA beta 1.6 build 6 and the map of the galaxy zoom level 3 kept showing lines displaced about 1 1/3 map lines apart. these lines seemed to be localized in my space only or around my space with the lines within my space of the map looked like open space and then around my space the lines continued in my color where I didn't control and no one else did. Mind you this seemed to be a minor problem and I would post a picture but I don't know how.
To me I feel that turning tech trading off makes for a longer more challanging game at first, however, once you get established researching than it gets more and more easy as the game progresses, However, I also play with very slow tech speed too.
I've tried imitating your bug, and even though, I had everthing on rare the only thing I saw is an abundant resourses all around me, I had a military and research research right next to me and a morale one a little ways away, otherwise, anomolies, seemed to not be any differant than normal, there were four or five planets around each star, however, the largest planet quality I saw was 11 and that was an aquatic world, I didn't see any regular planets that were habitable at all, most were aquatic
I've also had the ship movement bug, I guess I just overlooked it because it was a semi easy fix upon reload, however, your right I would also like this to eventually be fixed.
Any one else have any comments?
Any clues on what they acctually did with the 1.6 version, which suggestions were taken to heart and possibly done to the game? How do you get a beta version?
Please explain, It came time for all the empires to vote on to increase the speed of the constructor, the options were leave the same 3pc 5pc or 7pc or something like that, the vote was for 7 parsecs, the next vote came it was the same options, this time they voted 3 parsecs in, why in 1 vote would the outcome be so different, and in this case wouldn't it up it to 10 parsecs, no it acctually slowed the speed down to 3 parsecs, so shouldn't the vote then reflect to slow the
Why doesn't mine show up?
Minor races neither generate (until a major conquers their planet), nor are affected by influence. So all those influence starbases they are extremely fond of building are totally wasted, apart from increasing range. Yeah, I was acctually wondering if this was a bug of some sort just because, economy or military starbases would serve the same affect of extending their range and acctually be usefull to them, Also I've seen them once or twice acctually o
Oh yeah, I forgot one, also if you could make it more likely that you would have your colonies revolt if you have multiple colonies with low happiness or morale. Then the would revolt to a new major race (not minor race) with the name of your race except adding rebillion and your logo with a (/) through it and the opposite of your color. Also this new race would only have your technology not, the greatest technology available and immediatly be at war with you potentionally have outside allies,
Here is another suggestion that I have, now I don't know if this has already been brought up, because I don't have the time to read all 7 pages of posts however, another suggestion is... Even out the events a little more, like right now to get any great bonus you need to pick the evil side, I think thier should be a few good bonus's for the good side as well, maybe not as dramatic as the evil side however, they should be able to recieve some breaks as well, or have some bonus's strickly
Which makes no sense at all. Low PQ = low pop, fine. The rest is bogus. You have the space, you have the food. What else do you need? You can have more pop than the max allowed by PQ, but not by breeding? A celibacy pact? Or is it that only the initial settlers actually *pay* their taxes? Heh. I don't know which post it was, I know I read it in a post approx a month ago when I asked that question, someone else replied very simular to that and at that
I modded the Xml files in DL and the AI do ignore PQ1's anthoer thing I nocticed is that your popluation doesn't grow on a PQ1 at all, nothing at all, even though the planet had enough food to feed 6 billion it still stayed at 500 million from start to finish. Kryo responded to this on another topic in this forum a few weeks ago, the lower the quality planet the less population it can support, it might be able to produce enough food, however, the plane
Sounds like the dreadlords tried to spawn but there were no planets available? causing your planet to be recognised by the AI as a Dreadlords planet? Do you have any saved games before the drengin invaded? First of all, no I don't have a saved game before they invaded, auto save way to far in the past, Some of the background to the game the drengin Empire was at war with the Arcean and the Arcean planet revolted to me a few turns later I w
Now that they have a thread all to themselves it would be nice if Stardock commented on them. I agree I want to know the reasoning if this is a design in the game or if this is something that they've been looking at but, just haven't had a chance to take care of this issue being of more pressing bugs in the last few weeks.
I've also seen this happen in some other buildings that you only can have one of on a planet such as the fleet manager or other simular buildings.
I was playing my game DA .72 when I recieved a message that the Dread Lords have arrived to re-take the galaxy. I was playing a small map, however, I can't seem to find the Dread Lords. I have searched the whole galaxy and haven't found them nor seen any sign of their existance. Also with-in a few turns after that the Dregon Empire who, was all the way up in friendly relaitions, I probrably could have allied with them if I wanted to. Invaded one of my planets, took it over, I was tr
I agree, they seem to ignore class 1 planets, now I don't remember lower than a class 4 planet in DL but, they could have just been very rare. However, the computer at varrious intellagence levels seem to also know exactly where the high class planets (such as 19 or higher) are as well, and sometime seem to ignore a high class planet fly their colony ship right by and colonize a class 5 planet in the same system. So who, knows this is one of the reasons I hope they eventuall
I'd Rather have an expansion right now than gc3, you know right now if they came out with gc 3 it would be a disappointment because it could never live up to the hype. As for an expansion, MULTIPLAYER, I want to have to option to play against other players that can actually think not the computer all the time.
