Chimeric Biomass says it awards 2 usable tiles, but only awards 1. See pictures below.

Awarded colony ship when destroyed ship yard, however, no colonist came with it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/g1jukukmxrn1dl3/Test08-empty%20colony%20ship.GC4Sav?dl=0
Citizens/Leaders should be upgradeable, make them smarter, better leaders, or similar.
Received a colony ship in battle. This colony ship art is missing on the map, notice it's just empty as if nothing is there... https://www.dropbox.com/s/ca8pc9zjfxjqjis/Test08-blank%20colony%20ship.GC4Sav?dl=0
There is a light blue bar with an arrow at the top on my screen near the top left. doesn't appear to belong to anything...
Starting a new game, choosing customize civilization along the bottom... Starting from top left, has the name of the faction, with three dots. These three dots, pull up a tool tip of Edit, but it doesn't actually do anything. Moving down on the upper left, the next option is to customize your factions logo, you are able to, but it doesn't change right away on t
Sentry not working on this fleet. Won't let the fleet enter sentry mode. (This happened over and over again. with different fleets.)
Below is the questions from the Q&A session from last week in text form. I apologize it's a rough form. I plan on cleaning it up a bit, but I wanted to get this out for those that haven't had time to watch it. I also apologize if the questions or answers aren't exactly what was meant, as I paraphrased them. Please feel free to correct me if needed. <!-- [if !supportList
Schism Navigator is still in the process of editing it, last I heard.
What needs to be edited, I'm fine watching the raw footage, I want the directors cut, not the theatrical release [e digicons]:)[/e]
Good Afternoon, for those of us that were otherwise trapped in real life activities and couldn't be physically present for the Galactic Civilizations IV Q&A, when might we see the video for this? I would have posted this in the Q&A chat but that has been sunset and locked. I don't want to start another post that was already answered there. Thanks
The Voufan Creator for Galactic Civilizations III. One of the top rated community factions: "Many years ago as the Vimmite were nearing extinction they explored all options on how to save and extend their lives. After much exhaustion the Vimmite scientists developed an empty entity shell. Shortly there after they began experiments to transfer their minds into the new limitless shells. Successfully transferring their consciousness into this creation they started
Questions: Customization has always been a big part of the game. What customization options are going to be part of Galactic Civilizations IV? (Such as custom faction, picture, icons, ship art (missing in Galactic Civilizations III), Ships, Galaxies) What modding options will be available and will modding be supported via the steam workshop? <span styl
Did the signup nw to wait. If it goes like III did then I will put at lest 1k hours in alpha.
Where is the sign-up, am I completely missing it, I've looked all over the website and I'm not seeing the sign up. Correction: I found it under the Wishlist tab for those that also didn't find it.
Solution.... Free Range, eliminate hexes, squares, and triangles (as these are the shapes that fit together nicely) instead Just distance based on ship speed. Think (Space Rangers 2 HD). This is turn based but no tiles, just free range.
Will GC4 have a similarly detailed ship building editor to what we have in GC3?
Please see the Galactic Civilizations IV Page galciv4.com
Same here!!! looking to join ASAP. (June per Frogboy)
Quoting Fivve, reply 95 Keeping with planet classifications from 1 to 10 you can say people can only manage planets of class 9 and 10, that way when you grow your empire to 100 planets you only have 20 planets to manage. It's funny you should say that. Because that's our thinking too
But the MOST important thing you could do is make the next version multi OS - I want to play this on my Mac
Yeah, and DOS, or Android. Okay, I'm joking, honest I'm not a troll. But yes, let's hit as many people as economically possible without taking away from the game. I do truthfully like the idea of an older or 'more basic' form of a gal civ game would be be created for android. I'd pay $
I love Founder's Editions but there probably won't be one for GC4. We might do something after release where people can get a lifetime upgrade so they get everything we plan to make.
Like everyone else this [e digicons] I'm hopeful that you do something, however, I understand in the end Stardock is a business, and they need to make money to stay a float. Why not just increase the founders
Is the founder's option worth it, in terms of ROI? Or is it more of a "Here's a donation, and I get some cool goodies back"?
Getting all of the expansions and DLC's make it worth it. let's say you purchase the game at release on sale for $39.99/you then purchase 3 expansions at 19.99 ea, and say 6 DLC's for 9.99 ea, that is already $159.89. Easily got your money's worth purchasing the $100 founders edition,
I'm not sure if this has been asked somewhere else, but will we have an opportunity to buy a Founder's package similar to what we did in the beginning of GalCivIII? I'd be interested in one.
Typically Stardock offers this option with their games. Unless something has changed which I have not seen. This is one reason I love Stardock, no nickel and diming option.
What if it is a Donut shaped universe? Mmmm....DONUT....
Still not Spherical, I agree the galaxy is not flat, if they could do a 3D galaxy with depth, that would be amazing, I think it would be very tricky to get it user friendly. You would have to hide objects depending on your zoom level, get rid of tiles and just have the game tell you how many moves to x object ect... A whole new game. But not edge loop

No more edge of the galaxy! - Example: When your cursor is at the right middle edge of the galaxy, you can scroll across the edge of the map, it will go to the left middle edge of the map. Likewise if my ships are in the top right corner and I moved them pass the top right corner, my ships will starts to appear in the lower left corner of the galaxy! If I move my ships from the bottom of the map further, they will start appearing at
As far as the discussion on carriers. Yes they should continue in the game, however, yes you should have to stock the carriers, with your tiny ships. This keeps the tiny ships relevant in mid to late game. On a separate Note, Space Stations should support fleets inside their range. Should someone battle a ship/fleet in the range, the space station will send support ships, cover fire ect... Because the cover fire may be at extreme range maybe their e
