Problem w/ Screen Resolution Settings in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

a few days ago, i set the resolution settings to 1200X1600 (the max on the moniter i was using). Now, I'm using a different moniter which doesn't go up to that level of resolution, so all that I get when I start the game is a black screen, and cant access any moniter capable of that resolution. Yeah, I know, waht an idiot. Anyways, I can exit out of it fine, but I can't use the menu to change the settings back. So, is there an out-of-game way to change resolution configuration, or do i
