Just like WOM, most of the skins I use for WB are years old. Currently, I'm using Brushed 3.5 by Hills Rappongi. This is an original MAC theme ported to Visual Styles then converted for WB use. I consistently return to it for numerous reasons. I haven't found a skin so diverse and so sweet to look at in ages. Yes, I've downloaded skins within the last 4 months but not in the last month or more. I haven't liked many of them enough to merit taking up the space on my HD. It seems like it used to b

Guys, I'm not trying to say that every post lately is garbage. I'm just saying that compared to last year, the number of submissions that *I* really really like has gone down tremendously and that is significant in itself because, like I said, I'm *not* terribly picky. And If *I* can't seem to find much I like, then *something* has changed. Whether it be myself or others. I just wanted to see if anyone else felt the same way I did. Meat

This post originally started as a comment on a recently created windowblinds skins but felt it was more suited for the forums proper. Essentially, there was a page and a half of positive comments about a skin that, 2 years ago, people would have voted it removed if that power were available to them. Usually, a skin like the one I was about to comment on is rated very low - one or two stars regardless of the number of glowing comments and in spite of the guy that posts "HOW COULD THIS SKIN ON

Change the server in SDC. Go to internet settings and there is a pulldown. I chose the California server and it fixed my issue, (which was exactly like yours and had been like this for 2 days.) FIX THE DISTRO, GUYS meat

an AMD based system You'll find the Pentium label on the laptop is more attractive. Uh, AMD is a superior chip in many ways and cheaper than Intel. These days you are simply paying for that Intel sticker on that laptop. Intel is desperately clambering to keep up with AMD these days.<b

Hey I figured it out. Open stardock central and uninstall objectbar (dont delete your skins). Then uncheck "show pre-release bleh blah". Re-install objectbar non-beta (1.65 blah right now). Open objectbar, choose a theme and POOF. works like a charm. Enjoy. Meat

I'm having the same problem and have been for quite a while now. I recently tried uninstalling OB and deleting everything but the skins and re-installing and everything is STILL left justified. And its not like you can just edit the bar and tell it to align item X to the left and item Y to the right, etc... that would be FAR too easy

I guess this isn't the forum for this but it is along the same vein. I have a bit of an issue with the citizen/apprentice system. Insofar as people that pay $50 a year for object desktop being "only" citizens and having a 1x vote. I've been a loyal subscriber and a semi-active submitter for quite some time now but my vote only counts for 1x because I haven't paid for additional services? <img src="http://imag

I've submitted a few wallpapers lately that were, assumedly, rejected. They aren't on the site but I never got an email stating that they were rejected, or an explanation of why. One wallpaper, in particular has had a huge response on other sites but apparently was rejected by wincust. It's a bit frustrating when there are wallpapers/skins that were accepted by wincust that were clearly made with simple photoshop filters, but others that are functional, nice to look at AND took alot of time
