Ok, I got a chance to load up the game again, and it turned out I was lucky the autosave was on the turn that it crashed on. I loaded up the autosave and clicked "housing" for the upgrade and it CTDd again. Following are the necessary files: Debug.err -> pastebin.com/R3pAPB0r Memory Dump -> h

I believe that I had autosave turned on, so I should hopefully be able to load from that. I will check when I get home tonight and let you know.
