I actually don't want constant war. I just don't want guaranteed peace either. Again will show off Civ5 : BNW because lately they have done pretty well in my opinion. Again, I'm more pointing out what I feel are the funnest systems in that game to help with the diplomancy system in this game. It's possible to keep the peace in Civ for the most part. Not guaranteed though but you can have peace. How is this done? Stay off the AI's lawn and respect the
Max levels for champs or standard units?
I'm hoping these are configurable. In AoW3 you can select the max level for heroes and units separately. This option can be game changing for the die hards that will be playing the game in years to come and may not be too hard to implement.

Sounds good. Is it possible to have a few more animation packs though for sovereign and or units. The ones that I've seen so far with Sorcerer King look very nice.

I'm not sure. I recorded a video earlier today and in the video I click the button and it did close. It might be worth giving SD a little more information in case it's an OS or another issue.

Ah thanks. I whipped the video together before running to work. Feel free to let me know if there is any copyright information or such you want me to add to it. I plan on creating more in the future because I'm interested in teaching people about playing 4x games, strategy and tactics.

I just finished recording a Let's Play video for Sorcerer King of a few turns of the Tarth map. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrCUvl12LNc&feature=youtu.be Since it's my first ever Let's Play there will be: rambling bad jokes a few comments of how much a pansy Sir Kael is, in game. lost train of thought lots of rando

Although, I do not play this way you can queue up pioneers to make more room for growth until you resolve the problem. The queued pioneers will each consume 30 population that are restored if you cancel their production. As long as your poplation is 1/3 of your max population, or soemthing like that, you will grow to the maximum base growth of 3. Joeball123 goes over the other ways to improve growth. If your still not growing hover over your growth stat in city details...althoug

I haven't read all the comments on the thread but I'm pretty sure it's people read, hear and believe what they want to believe. I had a wierd encounter with someone that asked me what I was working on. I described a game I was making notes on for an idea for a game. It basically was a game where you h ave a hero running around doing quests while you build a city to support him and provide supplies. This guy got excited about the idea, but then he said it could be a governm
Heroes spawning next to the capital was announced as an upcoming feature for LH 1.7 in the 16 engineering hours thread. https://forums.elementalgame.com/454453 I believe there was no official word on why it got aced. After looking at the list again, it's most certainly not the only no-show.
Ah, forgot about that list.

I don't believes heroes have ever spawned near the capital. For as long as I can remember they have spawned next to the sovereign.

My worst year I spent $5,000, prior to getting married of course and part of that budget was on a new gaming rig. It was also the first year that I really tracked my expenses. The following year I made *changes*. Otherwise, it's anywhere from 500-1500 / year. Steam and MMOs have beena big help in cutting costs. As well as Stardock giving away free games :D.

Actually, I would like this implemented as well. Currently I get around this by taking a screen shot of the score screen. While I don't play many games all the way through I do have the scores from the ones I completed.

Honestly, I'm not sure why this is a big deal. I used to work for Comcast. Just believe me when I say this, I can't stand the company. I think they are fairly unethical in their sales practices but I'm ok with them re instituting their bandwidth caps. They lifted the caps because everything in the world now uses the internet and streaming video is the norm. They removed the cap because more and more people were hitting the bandwidth cap than just the Super Users, who more of

I bought it yesterday. It's $13 until June. And my night disappeared like that. Don't let Alpha fool you there is more content in this than many finished products. Hell, there is more content in the demo than finished products.
