I think it comes down to inovation and or re-inovation. I see a game like The Witcher that was really done by a small team and then grew now into a huge AAA title after word of mouth went big. Sure, the graphics where pretty , but they took another engine to make it etc.. The devs there where very open on how it all went down etc. Now with their new releasing definitly in the AAA club, they kept to their roots of what made the first game great and in the end they will see that pay off ye

well an easy way to smash this bug is to notice the no ai movment postioning and to follow that up they could code a limit max to hp, if it goes beyond , the game auto deletes the units in question. Thou that number would need to be the possible max in game. I have witnessed this bug as well.

If I remember this was done on purpose, so that you expand into other cities to get the tech you want instead of teching up everything on the first city or even major stuff on the first city. Eh it sucks, but it can be done later. Also the AI has the same rules now so we don't see on turn 20, so and so world item used by the ai so quickly.

Magic is OP if you know how to "Channel" it, haha love that pun, anways as stated you need to optimize your channeling threw research and shards in the world. If you do, then you will hurt your abilities in other things like making better armor for your army etc. In elemental there is give and take, you are great in one thing or mediocure in it all, that choice is up to you, but if you want those huge exploding 100+ damage fireballs, do the research and know what you need to get there. Eh just for the new guys that came after seeing the mailer that went out. lol long responses , here is the simple summary.... Sins is a big game and allot to take in. Elemental is something you know if you played ANY tatic game or quest game. Very simple indeed, took me less the 20min to figure it all out. Follow up, come to think of it you have allot of the elements in that vid allready, just add some city stuff, a bit more on x4, the combat and showing mass armies definitly liked that, if I didn't pre-order allready that there would have had me at least look at it. You could probably have the fans make you guys one that's a bit better. The dream vid? A quest journal and the other thing I have a hard time sometimes identifying is the icons to the next location. They come up yellow like the gold mines and sometimes if they are in an area you haven't explored it doesn't always show that little spot on the map. well as one that prefers a tank build, I can say this much, I would love to have potions to use in combat. Sadly thou, most monsters I come across I have to be x5 times higher in hp or abilities and range just owns. You can go against 45 hp mobs with basicly rank 1 (first ones made) archers and drop the mob. Try doing that with melee, the mob hits you once and u die, so the only way to play is a range game sadly. I was definitly hoping for more melee combat. it basicly nulifies the whole reas
