double click of save game defaults to load in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I searched the posts, couldn't find this.. sorry if its a duplicate. I haven't played Galactic Civ2 for months. Why? Last time I played for 20 minutes, thought I'd better save it, hit escape, clicked load/save and double clicked on the save game I wanted to overwrite. No warnings. There goes 20 minutes of play because double click means load. Why does the load/save screen have an action for double click? Its doing 2 totally opposite functions, whose to say which is the 'default
