No I'm not. That's the Hotkey setting. The default KVM key is Break/Pause.
Lord FireFox
Microsoft seems to think they know better than the people who set the standard for keyboard functionality so now when I hit the Pause/Break key I cannot get to the KVM switching screen.

And what exactly is GameRanger?
There is no Cat vs. Fox war because the Cat and Fox are ALLIES!

A male fox is a Dog fox, however.
No a male fox is a Reynard. And I wouldn't go around calling Foxes "Dog" that's an insult. And Cats and foxes get along nicely actually. Better than cats and dogs
They removed the cheats anyways. Way to go dumbasses, who are you to dictate how I play singleplayer? It's none of your buisness what I do in SP games.
Quoting Shadow_of_Light, reply 2 hmm, i see Supreme commander in that lil picture.. i have that game but doesnt show up no my impulse >.> do i have to add it or anything??? It will only show in Impulse if you purchased it from Impulse. It will not detect your retail installation.
Wrong, Make a shortcut to the retail version of Supreme Commander
I'da rather have Vista 64 with 2 64Gig SSD's in RAID. And not just any SSD mind you but Memowrite SSD's, they're pretty much the fastest you can get right now. And that would be just for the system drive. My Ideal setup 2 64GB Memowrite SSD in RAID config for system. 2 Western digital Velociraptors in RAID (300GB each) for games. 2 Western Digital 1TB Greenpower drives in RAID for storage. Yeah I know it's an expensive setup, but if
The link does go to the Official Zone Alarm site and the site does say what date and time the offer ends, it's jsut their servers are being overrun with people trying to get the software for free. The Offer is legitimate. Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to get it.
We sincerely wish you weren't seeing this message... But due to the unexpected rush of visitors to our Web site, our servers are currently down. No excuses though. Our speedy IT team is working tirelessly to fix it so we'll be up faster than you can say ZoneAlarm. In the meantime
I downloaded it but it doesn't look any different than the version I had a while ago, also my Chat doesn't have a sidebar with names in it. Hmm.
I had to start over from scratch unfortunately, wasted my time re-downloading the main GalCivII game instead of playing it. Upon further investigation it appears that the 2.0 patch is indeed imcompatible with the older Retail CD version of GalCivII since it installs into a different folder than what the patch is looking for. Also I had fun re-installing the game because it kept putting the game on my System drive (C:\), which is a big no-no, my games and apps are on drives D-J, I like
Ok so I updated Dark Avatar and ToA to 2.0, tried to play it but it complained that my Dark avatar wasn't up to date. [e digicons]8C[/e] so I checked it and sure enough Dark Avatar was showing 2.00 on the little version number inthe corner of the screen...hmmm.[e digicons]:|[/e] I open my GalCiv2 folder and to my surprise the updater hadn't installed ToA to the ../Twightlight sub-folder, it had installed it to my main GalCiv2 folder! [e digicons]:(O[/e] Dubbya Tee Eff Bee Bee Que. I'
Yup it's up to date though weirdly enough mine keeps saying that my Dark Avatar needs an update to run Twightlight Anor but it runs anyways and displays version 1.96 on the main screen in-game. Not sure what's going on there. Found the problem: Mine installs Twighlight of the Arnor under my main GalCiv2 folder instead of putting it in the Twightlight sub folder. No idea why it's putting it there.
After what happened with Halo 2 for the Pc I don't think anyone cares anymore about Halo on the PC. And quite honestly really Halo is a pretty average shooter when held up next to other shooters on the PC, the only thing it's got going for it is a story. I'm not trying to poop on your parade but that's pretty much how I feel about it.
No I was paying attention and never got a confirmation dialog of any sort I was installing the 1.09b patch and Impulse was NOT setup to show pre-release versions, at least not to my knowledge and yet I ended up with the beta. Anyhow I've already reverted to 1.05 so I could continue modding. Yes I know 1.1 is a BETA, but I have no interest in participating. I'll let those who like use brick walls as pillows fuss with the beta. There was a time when I enjoyed beta testing, and th
I can't do that as I've already installed the 1.1 update, unintentionall. I had rebuilt my system a couple of weeks ago and decided to re-install Sins but instead of using the CD I decided to just let Impulse install it instead of hunting for my install disk. Instead of getting 1.05 I got 1.1 or rather 1.09(b). And I really didn't want in the beta in the first place. So nix step 3. :P
I'm a little irked by this because I WAS working on a mod I had been toiling away on since the initial release, and now I cannot test it because I do not have a compatible version, my only solution is to uninstall and then re-install again using my CD and then hunting up the 1.05 patch.
Yup same issue with me, tried using a mod that I had a while back, just got the game re-installed, didn't feel like digging up my CD so I used Impulse to download it and instead of giving me the stable release I was given the beta 1.1, didn't really have any interest in playing the beta but oh well. However I would like to continue using my mods, unfortunately every time I try to load one I get a C++ runtime crash.
Ok, I got it to load my mod finally, but it's still not loading my modifications, for example my new weapons that I put in a separate file called NewWeapons.xml, Used the included editor to make adjustments, not sure what I'm missing. I know as soon as I make this post I'll have it figured out.
Are you loading a mod that hasn't been compiled to binary at the start of the game?
I get this with Dread Lords latest Patch, and nothing works to solve the problem, even did a clean re-install of the game and it still happens, I'm playing on Windows Vista with an ATi Radeon HD 2900XT and Catalyst 7.11 drivers. I'm playing GalCiv2 Dread Lords v1.50.130
Doesn't look like we're going to see a fix, I've got my GalCiv II patched to the latest version and it still happens, and I haven't loaded any mods. I even tried a clean re-install.
I don't feel the least bit sorry for you, there was a demo on the site you could have just as easily downloaded. You should have downloaded it and played it to see if it was your kind of game instead of just going by word-of-mouth. Oh well, you live and you learn.
