Game crashes after completing mission in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all, I just had my first problem with the game. I completed the mission "Apocalypse" in the campaign. After reviewing the mission results and scores I click next to go to the next mission. The game loads the splash screen and for a brief moment I see a mission possibly titled "explotation" then the game crashes to the desktop. I tried rolling back to an earlier saved game and completing the end of the mission over again but it still does the same thing. Gets to the score screen, click
