Steam won't let you buy the map pack if you do not own the Steam version of FE (see exact error message below). At least that is my experience and I just tried it again to verify (I own a SD/Impulse version). Am I understanding your "complaint" correctly? @Star Adder: How are you "getting the shaft"? I was a pre-order through Impulse/SD, and have the maps from the map pack in my game without additional purchase. So, where again do you feel shafted?
