Very cool, thank you Trying it out now Edit 1. Mini Map crash confirmed. My guess would be it needs a mini map image (.PNG) file similar to the maps in data/maps.

Stars Wars 3d models here in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

There is a great site where you can download free 3d Star Wars ship models (meshs). http://scifi3d.theforce.net/list.asp?intGenreID=10&intCatID=10 It is my hope that someone with 3d skills would be up to converting them for use in the game, then post them here for the community to enjoy. I attempted to do this myself but my 2 days worth of 3d experience were not up to the task. May the force be stronger with you.
