I've created a few maps now, within the large map limit that are to my liking, however every time i start one up to play, te game adds ''extra resources'' how can i prevent this from happening? iam also creating a 20 by 20 map, with resource pockets making the player heavily dependend on trade, and this random function bodged the whole idea. I like the change of specializing citys with buildings that multiply or ''use'' the available special recources. It will give us another use for the early buildings, and it will stop us (to a certain extent) from spamming citys. Good luck with stomping out the last bugs and keep up the good work. Jasper

I agree wiith most of your creative ideas Mad Magnus, terrain bonuses are indeed a way to specialize citys even more i like the idea of a small fortress city on a mountainsite overlooking the only pass entering your kingdom while behind it are breadbasket citys on fertile grassland or production centers near forrests, as long as this doesnt entail that the map becomes to crowded with citys everywhere, i like to quest even in lat

Interesting Choices : I was one to like the idea of spending essence to gain build able land however i can see why it shouldn't be called fun.
