It's free, but it's in beta as far as I know so you have to get an invite. I still haven't received one from Valve. :(

Stewapet - I'll definitely take a pass if you have any left (sent you a PM just now as well).
Great, thanks! Time to try to break that bad habit of creating a Champ Stack of DOOM... It worked well for me on Easy and Normal, but my champs seemed to be constantly outgunned on Challenging.
As the title suggests... If you have multiple champs / sov in a group, do they split exp? I know they did during Beta 3 or 4, but couldn't find anything about that for the launch version. Thanks!
I voted yes. I'd be willing to spend about $5 to get it, but I highly doubt I'd pay more than that. And it would definitely need Hot Seat. The only way I ever play strategy games MP is if someone comes over for the night and we sit down to play.
Mwa ha ha! Go Magnar!
Who said it was april 12th?
Frogboy did. In a post called "FE BETA 3: April 12" https://forums.elementalgame.com/420782
Sounds awesome, especially the stuff about Magnar and the Quendar.
I like having the big cities on the map, but it sounds like the current system is restricting the game design and I really don't want that. So as long as the new system will look cool and have interesting decisions about what to build in the city, I'm for it.
I personally like the to see the cities on the map, although I can't bring myself to make them snake due to aesthetics. This system seems like a good compromise to me, although I wonder if it would be cooler to start a city with a 1-square building radius around the hub and expand the area when the city levels up? For example: A Lv 1-2 city would have 1 tile around the hub. A lv 3-4 city would have 2 tiles. A lv 5 city w
Looks great, but now I want beta 3 even more.
I also agree that running in place looks silly.
Is there an ETA on next beta version?
Last I read it was March 22 "at the earliest." Must be patient, must be patient, must be patient.

Building on the stuff I posted earlier in the thread about Mangar abilities, listed below:
Taskmaster . Strategic ability. Deal 1 damage to each unit in the army (e.g., a stack with 9 guys would take 9 damage), the army gains 1 additional move this round. Usable on your armies only. Does not affect Sovereign. Slavedriver . Tactical ability. Deal 1 damage to each unit in stack, affected stack gains +5 initiative. May not be used on y
An update that I just noticed (since I'm still playing the game in which this happened)... The quest itself has been removed from my quest log on the left side of the screen, but the area remains under the wild land control. I'm not really sure when the quest went away, though.

I think you refer to them as Resolyn if you're trying to be diplomatic and not say "those crazy, magic-fueled monsters from the east." [e digicons]*_*[/e]
I know the instructions for this post said "tell us how to make your favorite group more special," but I have a special place in my heart for Magnar as well as Resoln. I'm not sure what that says about me. I would like to see a couple unit abilities for the empire... Not sure if these would make the most sense as items, traits, or champion / sov abilities, but I want to throw the ideas out anyway. I like to think of Magnar as awful slavelords. Abilities: Ta

They are bound to her by that spell, a bond that cannot be broken even by the most powerful of enchanters." They have Death Worship, whi
I don't think the wraiths are actual undead at all.
Oh, well the names could be changed from "Necromancer" to "Magister" then. Whether they're undead or not, they're certainly semi-fallen creatures that are bound to Ceresa through magic.
Awesome. I can't wait to read the journal that gets into the bits and pieces of differentiation. I voted for Resoln, so I'll briefly talk about them since the wraiths are near and dear to my black, rotten heart. I'd really like to see their population / recruitment controlled by mana and spells rather than prestige. From how I interpret the lore, Ceresa bound all of her subjects to her with a powerful spell. Why, then, does her population increase
There are a lot of times when I am running around with a Strong or Deadly army but a Weak group or two stand in my way of important things. Although I'd love to hit autoresolve, I don't because I don't want my champions / sov using mana to destroy pests. So, I would like to see a checkbox or button or something when you go into tactical combat that is basically "Autoresolve, but don't use permanent resources." I'm not sure if your army uses things lik
