Just another note, you can use this on any 32bit game EXE file and it will enable 4gb usage. It basically sets a flag in the EXE file to the ON position. Why game makers dont just switch this flag on by default however is just beyond me.

Hello all. As I am sure most of you are aware, there is a memory issue with Elemental that the game makers are still, even after 1.07, having difficulty in addressing. This is partly due to the fact that it is a 32bit application and as such can only use 2GB of RAM, regardless of how much physical RAM or OS you are using. Hello, Okay, I'm still having this issue on my 24x18 map, even when there is only 1 other computer player, I still get lag when I hit the turn button. It takes about 45 seconds or so to process the turn, even if there is only me and 1 computer player. Any ideas how I can resolve this issue?

Well, I have been playing the game now for a few days, almost solidly and I have to say, its not perfect by a long shot, but it is a good, very good game to build off of. It...kind of brings back SOME of the nostalgia for Masters of Magic, but at the moment, its missing...something. But, I have been enjoying the game a great deal but a few things have ticked me off. Hahaha...my brain melted when I looks at all that. Okay...Ill give my brain a rest for the moment and figure it out in a bit. No idea how I am gonna work all that out. Its alot more complicated than I thought it would be. Shame you can have a editor in the game that lets you assign attributes to buildings you make.

Hi there, first time post. I LOVE THIS GAME!!! GUSH!! Okay...now that that is out of the way. I am in the process of making a 24x18 map. Its got 1 MAJOR land mass for each of the 8 players with 2 central continents to fight over. Each Player Landmass contains one of each of the 4 shard types.
