since adding galciv 3 to my new computer I got for Christmas I have only gotten past the intro video once. Every other time I have tried to open it, the game plays the intro video and then closes itself. the one time it did get through the video and got to the menu all text was gone from the buttons everything was still selectable but not text to tell what you were actually clicking. figured better report it.
every time i try to download the collectors edition extras from the website www.galciv2.com it will download to about 90% then it says that it finishes and when i go to have it install it tells me all the data is not there and it is still missing about 10% of the information. how can i fix this and get the collectors editon stuff.
i keep trying to download the updates for the Collectors Edition and it constantly stops download while it is not finished tho it says that it is. so i never end up with more than 20% the download i am supposed to have and it won't update the game. is this game, internet or computer problem
